  1. By agreeing to the terms of use, you accept and warrant that you fully understand and agree to comply with all of the following terms and conditions (including all guidelines or rules applicable to our service posted on our website which guidelines and rules are hereby incorporated into this Agreement), and that failure to abide by these terms and conditions may result in disqualification, account closure, forfeiture of funds and/or legal action against you. If you have any questions as to these Terms and Conditions, we encourage you to seek independent counsel prior to accepting the Agreement.
  2. NinjaCasino is operated by Elec Games Limited, Vaults 13-15, Valletta Waterfront, Malta (Org No C44158) and licensed through it's wholly owned subsidiary Elec Games N.V., Abraham de Veerstraat #2, Willemstad, Curacao (Org No 135362) to operate all kind of gaming in accordance with Curacao License No 1668/JAZ.
  3. As the text in this Agreement as well as the rules and guidelines at our website may be presented in several languages, English is always the deciding language in case of differences in interpretation.
  4. The management reserves the right to make changes in the rules at any time. All clients agree to be bound by all current rules and are advised to read them on a frequent basis.
  5. All clients must be at least 18 years of age, or the legal age of majority in their jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
  6. Residents of Belgium, Bulgaria, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, France, Georgia, Greece, Hungary, Italy,Latvia, Lithuania, Portugal, Romania, Slovak Republic, Slovenia, Spain, United Kingdom, USA and any other country not included in then drop down list on the registration page are not allowed to open accounts at NinjaCasino.

  10. All clients are obliged to provide their full and accurate personal details. Failure to provide full and accurate personal details may result in disqualification, account closure or forfeiture of funds.
  11. It is your responsibility to protect your User ID and Password. Any actions carried out by the use of your login details are at your sole risk and any liability there from shall be strictly yours.
  12. You can hold only one account at a time. If you attempt to open more than one account, NinjaCasino reserves the right to close the superfluous account(s) held by you and reallocate all the funds to a single account.
  13. Deposits are only allowed for playing games at NinjaCasino. Deposits that are not meant to be used for playing our games, to an extent relevant to the deposited amount, will incur a withdrawal fee amounting to all costs for the deposit and withdrawal plus an administration fee decided by management on case-by-case basis. Typical cases where this fee applies is when deposits are made only to reach a minimum withdrawal limit, trigger a bonus, transfer funds to another payment provider as well as depositing/withdrawing in order to reach higher turnover in eWallets.
  14. The player account is individual and the client is entirely responsible for account obligations and also entitled to all profits and benefits. All our games are played in EUR or SEK. For accounts held in other currencies an automated converter will be used that converts the local currency to/from EUR/SEK.
  15. If disputes arise between clients or between clients and NinjaCasino the judgment of the NinjaCasino management is final, binding and conclusive in all matters.

  17. Clients shall not hold the gaming operator, its owners, employees, affiliates or other companies or people linked to NinjaCasino responsible for any costs or damages caused by;

    2. the use of any material from the website,
    3. the use of any of our servers,
    4. the use of any of our software,
    5. participation in any game or
    6. the winning of any prize.
  18. All taxes, duties and fees applicable in connection with any winnings at NinjaCasino are the sole responsibility of the client.
  19. NinjaCasino takes active measures necessary to prevent, and to investigate suspected cases of, all kinds of fraud, collusion, money laundering activities and/or other forms of criminal activity. Any such case may be reported to the relevant authorities.
  20. Any changes in the player's personal information should be updated in the player account as soon as possible.
  21. NinjaCasino reserves the right to ask for documents at any time in order to prove the identity of the client.
  22. NinjaCasino does not report client's winnings to any government agencies unless ordered to do so by the relevant authorities in the jurisdictions where the company is registered or licensed. It is solely the client's responsibility to report any income from gaming activities to his/her government agencies, if required.
  23. NinjaCasino will handle all player accounts with strict confidentiality. This confidentiality can only be breached by order of the authorities or when criminal activities are suspected or reported to NinjaCasino or to financial institutions or auditors related to NinjaCasino.
  24. NinjaCasino reserves the right to cancel your player account for any justifiable reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. If you do not access your NinjaCasino account by logging in to your account for a period of twelve months (12) months, a non-refundable service charge amounting to €5 per month will be deducted from the available balance. If you do not access your NinjaCasino account by logging in to your account for a period of twenty four months (24) any remaining balance in the account shall be considered forfeited. Such requirement for log-in and entry is not and does not constitute any requirement whatsoever for you to play any game, deposit funds or participate in any activity at NinjaCasino other than logging in.
  25. NinjaCasino reserves the right to take active measures necessary to prevent, and to investigate suspected cases of, all kinds of fraud, collusion, money laundering activities and/or other forms of behavior contradicting the spirit of the Terms and Conditions herein. This includes but is not limited to the use of Anti-Cheating Software and the freezing of funds during investigation procedures. The Player accepts that the account can be closed and funds can be forfeited if the player has been involved in any such activity.
  26. All clients accepts that winnings can be voided at the discretion of NinjaCasino, even if the client is in good faith, if the winnings derives from fraudulent activities or malfunction of the software.
  27. Any dispute that cannot be settled between NinjaCasino and the client shall be settled on Malta according to Maltese law.

Player protection mechanisms

  1. As a registered player you may either in the account settings or by contacting customer support service:
    • Set a limit on an amount you may wish to deposit within a period of a week;
    • Block your access to the games and the services for a definite or an indefinite period.
  2. If you have activated a self-exclusion for a definite period of time, then upon the end of this period, your access to the games and the services will be automatically reactivated.
  3. You may change or revoke a deposit limit or a self-exclusion that you set on your account by contacting our customer support service. Increasing a limit or revoking a self-exclusion takes effect after a period of 7 days cooling off period from when NinjaCasino has registered the requested change.Decreasing a deposit limit takes effect immediately after NinjaCasino has registered the requested change.
  4. NinjaCasino reserves the right at its sole discretion to temporary block or permanently close your account, if there is a consideration that you have a gambling addiction and that your continued use of our services is detrimental to your health and well being.
  5. NinjaCasino will use all reasonable endeavors to ensure that, if you requested or activated self-exclusion, you will not be able to access the games and the services. You accept that NinjaCasino have no responsibility or liability whatsoever if you continue to deposit and wager using additional not previously disclosed accounts or if you open up a new account.
