General rules

  1. By agreeing to the terms of use, you accept and warrant that you fully understand and agree to comply with all of the following terms and conditions (including all guidelines or rules applicable to our service posted on our website, which guidelines and rules are being hereby incorporated into this Agreement), and that failure to abide by these terms and conditions may result in disqualification, account closure, forfeiture of funds and/or legal action against you. If you have any questions as to these Terms and Conditions, we encourage you to seek independent counsel prior to accepting the Agreement.
  2. NinjaCasino is operated by Elec Games Limited (Company Registration Number 44158, Vaults 14 Level 2, Valletta Waterfront, Malta and licensed through its wholly owned subsidiary Elec Games N.V., Abraham de Veerstraat #2, Willemstad, Curacao (Org No 135362) to operate all kind of gaming in accordance with Curacao License No1668/JAZ.
  3. The text in this Agreement, as well as the rules and guidelines of our website may be presented in several languages. All versions shall reflect the same principles. However, should any difference in interpretation between the various languages arise, the English version shall prevail.
  4. The management reserves the right to make changes to the rules at any time. Players will need to confirm acceptance of Terms & Conditions and Privacy Policy prior to any gameplay. NinjaCasino will record your telephone number. Players must personally register on the website, correct personal details including but not limited to contact phone number Player agree to be bound by all current rules and are advised to read them on a frequent basis.   6. NinjaCasino reserves the right to refuse any application for registration with its website without further explanation. NinjaCasino also reserves the right to close down existing accounts without explanation. In both instances, contractual obligations undertaken by NinjaCasino shall however be honoured. In these events, or in the event of an account closure, the full balance will be paid out unless any fraudulent behaviour is suspected. In the latter case, the mentioned behaviour shall be investigated, and a decision shall be reached accordingly. As a general rule, however, NinjaCasino reserves the right to forfeit winnings originating from fraudulent behaviour.
  7. It is up to each player to make sure that no local laws or regulations are being violated when making use of NinjaCasino services. NinjaCasino takes no responsibility whatsoever for players not abiding by such rules.
  8. Any actions carried out by the use of your login details are at your sole risk and any liability arising therefrom shall be strictly yours. The operator prohibits player collusion and takes active action to prohibit the use of robots and other devices that distort normal game play.
  9. Deposits are only allowed for playing games at NinjaCasino. The method available for deposits and withdrawals shall be via Trustly. No deposit limits are applicable. The timing of deposit shall be immediate, and no deposit charges shall apply. Withdrawal charges shall not apply. In rare occasions it may take up to two working days for the withdrawal to be processed. No processing fees shall apply, and there are no restrictions on withdrawals of funds not used for wagering.
  10. No cash deposits/withdrawals will be affected. Once funds are confirmed for withdrawal then they are immediately processed. Funds withdrawn will be remitted to the same account from where the funds originated. Players are not to treat NinjaCasino as a financial institution and hence funds held within the player’s account will not accrue any interest.
  11. The player account is individual and the player is entirely responsible for account obligations and also entitled to all profits and benefits. All our games are played in EUR or SEK.
  12. If disputes arise between player and NinjaCasino the player has the right to write to support@ninjacasino.com and file a complaint. NinjaCasino judgment is final, binding and conclusive in all matters. If player feels that his complaint was not satisfactorily dealt with by NinjaCasino then he has the right to refer his complaint to Curacao eGaming by either clicking the eGaming Curacao seal to make a formal complaint or send an email to complaints@curacao-egaming.com . Ultimately, any dispute between NinjaCasino and the player that cannot be settled amicably, shall be settled by the relevant institutions as per the applicable Curacao law.
  13. NinjaCasino is not responsible for any claims, losses or damages under any condition. All game play is at the player’s risk. Players shall not hold the gaming operator, its owners, employees, affiliates or other companies or people linked to NinjaCasino responsible for any costs or damages caused by: the use of the website, the use of any material from the website, the use of any of our servers, the use of any of our software, participation in any game or the winning of any prize.
  14. All taxes, duties and fees applicable in connection with any winnings at NinjaCasino are the sole responsibility of the player. NinjaCasino adopts the necessary active measures to prevent, and to investigate suspected cases of all kinds of fraud, collusion, money laundering activities, other forms of criminal activity and/or other forms of behaviour contradicting the spirit of the Terms and Conditions herein. Such measures include (but are not limited to) the checking of all transactions, the use of Anti-Cheating Software and the freezing of funds during investigation procedures. In this regard, it is illegal to deposit any funds that are proceeds from ill-gotten means. Any such suspicious case may be reported to the relevant authorities. Furthermore, the player accepts that the account can be closed and funds can be forfeited if the player has been involved in any such activity.
  15. NinjaCasino does not report player's winnings to any government agencies unless ordered to do so by the relevant authorities in the jurisdictions where the company is registered or licensed. It is solely the player's responsibility to report any income from gaming activities to his/her government agencies, if required.
  16. NinjaCasino will handle all player accounts with strict confidentiality. This confidentiality can only be breached by order of the authorities, or when criminal activities are suspected or reported to NinjaCasino or to financial institutions or auditors related to NinjaCasino.
  17. NinjaCasino reserves the right to cancel your player account for any justifiable reason whatsoever at any time without notice to you. The player may at any time request for the closure and full refund of the remaining funds on his player’s account, whether his account is considered to be dormant, closed, blocked or excluded. Such a request shall be made to customer support. In the event that the player has not accessed his account for a period of 30 months then the remaining balance will be remitted to the same account from where the funds originated.

Player protection mechanisms

  1. The player has the right, to self-exclude from play for a definite or indefinite period of time by contacting support@ninjacasino.com. Restrictive nature will be implemented immediately The operator will not accept a wager from a player contrary to anexclusion set by the player.
  2. NinjaCasino reserves the right at its sole discretion to temporary block or permanently close your account, if there is a consideration that you have a gambling addiction and that your continued use of our services is detrimental to your health and well-being.

Bonus rules

  1. To be eligible for any of the bonuses offered all personal information must be updated and accurate in the player account. If it is found out that incorrect information is registered in the account NinjaCasino reserves the right to cancel any bonuses that have been paid to the account.
  2. Only one account per player, IP-address and household is entitled to take part of the same bonus offer.
  3. Only one free money voucher per account and player is allowed per every three months.
  4. The maximum a player can win in Casino, Games and Sportsbetting from any no deposit bonus is €100 unless another limit is given for the specific bonus.
  5. Any rules that are specific to the bonus offer must be followed. Rules can be communicated on the website, in promotional emails or by other means.
  6. Normally a bonus needs to be activated by choosing a bonus upon deposit.
  7. NinjaCasino only allows deposits for normal play (see General Rules). If it is found that a deposit was made only for activating a bonus and/or not intended for real money play NinjaCasino reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any winnings from it in addition to the fees for withdrawing the funds as stated in the General Rules.
  8. NinjaCasino reserves the right to cancel or withdraw any bonus offer as well as changing the criteria for taking part of the offer AT ANY TIME regardless of any information previously given.
  9. NinjaCasino reserves the right to close any account that is suspected to be involved in bonus abuse and confiscate funds from such accounts.
  10. Casino deposit bonus and freespins

User Points

  1. User Points are awarded for all games offered at NinjaCasino.
  2. User Points have no nominal value but is sometimes used to release bonus and for measuring activity for other promotions.

Exceptional circumstances

  1. In case our server crashes, all players will have their money returned to their player account. All games that were running at the moment of the crash will be cancelled and all wagers on the tables at that point in time will be returned to the player's account. The same applies when there are miscarried or aborted games. We are aware that this can be frustrating for some players, but this is the only way to deal fairly with such occurrences.
  2. The operator reserves the right to limit or refuse bets at its own discretion when exceptional circumstances occur, that is, for instance, when there is suspicion that a game has a software error, or there is some sort of player manipulation in respect of a particular game. It furthermore, reserves the right to terminate games as it deems necessary in the particular circumstance.
  3. In the event there is an error in the pay tables or gaming software, the operator reserves the right to reverse the wagers and refund the players in full.
